Design & Create
Once you’ve filled out the questionnaire our Director of Design will reach out to you and walk you through the design process.
We will ask you to sign a Contract to Design. Once paperwork is signed, our in-house design team will gather from you your sketch, list of “must haves”, “wants”, and “dreams”, and turn it into a preliminary drawing. That drawing will then be sent to our drafting department and will be turned into a rough set of plans for you to approve.
Our designer will schedule a series of meetings for you to meet with our designer and draftsman to fine tune your plans before being sent over to engineering. The end result will be a final set of stamped plans, ready for your project to be executed.
Schedule Start
To get your project on our calendar, we will need a signed Contract to Build.
You will need a Construction Loan Approval letter from your financial institution, or we will assist you in setting up an escrow account for a self-funded project, where we will enter into an agreed upon plan to make sure there is money available at each draw along the way.
And last but not least, our goal is to help you have fun and enjoy the ride!
